After 14 years as a real estate agent, I saw my industry change overnight. Looking for a new way to apply myself, I took a CNA class and became licensed. I've always been someone who likes to grow, but as I worked shifts across facilities, I noticed a troubling trend: constant call-offs and no-shows. I realized I could make the industry better by focusing on the one thing that was missing—true dependability.
